About FHA/ENL Paradise Hills Estate
Paradise Hills Estate Asokoro Extension (Guzape) is a public-private partnership initiative between the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) of Nigeria and ENL Consortium Limited.
Paradise Hills Estate overlaps into Guzape and Apo districts. The estate sits on 101 hectares of land and ENL Consortium Limited has the mandate for the construction of 822 housing units on 65.52 Hectares of land under seven prototypes as follows:
• 36 units of Five Bedroom Detached Duplex (5BDD)
• 66 units of Five Bedroom Semi-Detached Duplex (5BSDD)
• 4 Units of Four Bedroom Detached Duplex (4DD)
• 104 Units of Four Bedroom Semi- Detached Duplex (4BSDD)
• 172 Units of Four Bedroom Terrace Duplex (4BTD)
• 216 units of Three Bedroom Block of Flats (3BBF)
• 224 units of Two Bedroom Block of Flats. (2BBF)
The estate is adequately provided with basic amenities properly planned and the development is in multiple phases. The estate also comes with a Bank, School (Nursery and Primary), playground, clinics, games arcade, Worship Centres, multipurpose hall, 24hr Power supply, dedicated police post, gym area, swimming pool (with shower and changing areas), 24hr CCTV coverage of whole estate with central monitoring and Patrol officers. Good road network, Sign boards (traffic signs, directional sign, etc) beautiful landscape, central sewer and water systems.
ENL Consortium Limited has developed 574 units representing 69% of the planned 822 units in the first phase of the development.
ENL Consortium Limited is developing 65.52 hectares to accommodate 822 housing units with seven prototype categories. The population estimated to live in the estate is over 3,288 people.

About FHA
The Federal Housing Authority (FHA), a wholly owned agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria, was established vide Decree 40 of 1973 now cited as Act CAP F-14 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004. The Authority is supervised by the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing. The Authority which became partially commercialized in accordance with Decree No 25 of 1988 is charged with:
The preparation and submission from time to time, to the Government of proposals for National Housing Programmes;
The making of recommendations to the Government on such aspects of urban and regional planning, transportation, communication, electric power, sewage and water supply development as may be relevant to the successful execution of housing programmes approved by the Government; and
The execution of such housing programmes as may be approved by the Government.
